The 2nd phase of Chongqing Wanda Steel Sheet Co., Ltd ‘s “2.5 millions of tons automobile sheets annul production” project has over 6 billion RMB Yuan of investment, three push-pull turbulence pickling lines of 1780 series with annual production capacity of 850 thousand tons, one full continuous 5-stand cold rolling mill line with annual production capacity of 2.5 million tons, and two continuous annealing galvanizing lines with annual production capacity of 850 thousand tons. The project also includes construct support facilities of HSE and maintenance equipment, and equips relevant research and inspection equipment. The raw materials, which are procured hot rolled steel coils, go through pickling-cold rolling-galvanizing process to produce automobile galvanized sheets, or go through pickling-cold rolling-annealing process to produce cold rolled sheets for automobile usage. The scales of the products are: thickness of 0.23~3.5mm and width of 800~1500mm for galvanized steel sheet; thickness of 0.30~2.0mm and width of 800~1500mm for cold rolled steel sheet. The company provides deep stamping sheet, interstitial-free high tensile Interstitial-free steel, high tensile low-alloy steel and other advanced automobile steel sheet.
