Steel sheet production, as the main business of Panhua Group, is carried out in 3 main manufacturing bases located in Zhangjiagang city ,Fulling district, Chongqing city and Yueyang, Hunan.Panhua owns the most advanced equipment supply in China and overseas. There are 8 pickling lines with capacity of 3 million Mt/Year, 2 annealing lines with capacity of 0.9 million Mt/Year, 16 galvanizing lines with capacity of 1 million Mt/Year, 2 galvalume lines with capacity of 0.6 million Mt/Year,  5 pre-painting lines with capacity of 0.6 million Mt/Year and 2 structural steel line.Out of 6 cold rolling mills, there is one 5-stand tanderm CRM in each base and they are one and the only type in Jiangsu and Chongqing respectively. The annual producing capacity of sheets is 2.5 million Mt/Year. The main products in manufacturing and sales are pre-painted, galvanized, galvalume, cold rolled annealed, cold rolled full hard, and pickled steel coils and sheets. In the third stage, the company will also build the projects of 1 million Mt/Year tinplate, 1 million Mt/Y electric steel, and 2 million Mt/Year threaded screws.
